Cost lines
Add one row per monthly charge. Each line has a type (Vapi concurrency, Khomp, Atom concurrency/DID/CDR, or Server with an optional name), amount, currency, and either all processes (shared: split equally when you filter to one process on the dashboard) or a single process (counted only for that process).
Allocation uses Mon–Fri (Australia/Sydney) proration for the selected date range.
Upload a WAV/MP3 per direction. Dashboard intro players use these for this process (inbound vs outbound still follows campaign name containing IN). Save the process first, then upload.
